Kevin Ader

Kevin Ader was born in Sheboygan, and grew up in Farmington Township, Washington County, Wisconsin. After graduating from Kewaskum Community High School, he continued his education at Winona State University and Concordia College – Wisconsin. Kevin received his Master of Divinity (M.Div) degree from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Kevin brings 30+ years of ministry experience with him to Herman-Taylor having served congregations in North Dakota, Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and Illinois. He served as pastor at St. John Lutheran Church in Kellner for 17+ years. Kevin joined the staff of Herman-Taylor as a funeral director apprentice in July 2024.

Kevin is an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids.  In his free time he enjoys cooking, reading mysteries, especially Agatha Christie, watching Masterpiece Theater and college football, and spending time with his Havapoo Lulu.
