Susan Fadli

Susan H. Dougherty Fadli, age 72, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Wisconsin Rapids Health Care Service.
Susan was born on January 3, 1952, to Russell and Joyce (Metcalf) Dougherty in Appleton, WI. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1970. She later graduated from the State College of Beauty School in Wausau, and she worked as a hairstylist in the Wausau area until retirement.
In her younger years, Susan cherished the moments she spent with her children, taking them to visit family in Florida. She had a knack for making every journey an adventure, filling it with laughter, stories, and endless love. Susan's creativity was evident in every aspect of her life, especially her passion for drawing and coloring pictures. Susan's talent extended beyond the canvas; she was an accomplished hairstylist for several years. Her creative flair made every client feel special, as she had a unique ability to transform a simple haircut into a work of art. In her spare time, Susan enjoyed a good bingo game with her friends and loved to unwind with her favorite movies.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, art, and beautiful memories that will forever be cherished by her loved ones.
Susan is survived by her children, Adam and Amy; siblings Steve Dougherty, Scott Dougherty, and Dan Dougherty; special friends, Sue Rabb, Barb Rademaker, as well as many nieces, nephews; and other close family members.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Chuck Dougherty and sister-in-law Pam Dougherty.
