Olive Stoflet

Olive M. Stoflet, age 94, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Cranberry Court in Wisconsin Rapids.

Private family services will take place on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Kevin Ader will officiate. Burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids.

Olive was born at home on December 1, 1931, to Kenneth Morrison and Lillian Tiernan, and was raised by her loving parents, Edward and Lillian (Tiernan) Steltenpohl. She graduated from Auburndale High School in 1949. She married Donald Stoflet on May 27, 1950. They celebrated 48 years of marriage until his passing in March of 1999.

Olive took great pride in being a homemaker, finding joy in cooking and caring for her family. In retirement, she loved traveling with her husband and cherished time spent together, especially during the holidays. She also delighted in decorating her home and keeping it warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained.

Olive is survived by her children: Donald Jr. (Cindy) Stoflet, Connie (Harvey) Zwicke, Steven Stoflet, Bonnie (David) Piesik, Cheryl (Michael) Kell, Patrick (Linda) Stoflet, and Daniel (Sue) Stoflet; siblings: Wayne (Barb) Steltenpohl, Kathy Kolo, Ronald (Shirley) Steltenpohl, and Donald Steltenpohl. She is further survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and special friend Mary Stoflet.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Stoflet; son, Harold; grandson, Brian Zwicke; granddaughter, Danielle Kell; birth father, Kenneth Morrison and mother Lillian Steltenpohl; stepfather, Edward Steltenpohl; siblings: Ila Grimm, Marjorie Reed, Gene, Alvin, and Jerry Steltenpohl, and special friend, Edna Omernik.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Cranberry Court and Interim Hospice for their compassionate and exceptional care.
