Nan Lokken

Nan Lokken, age 66, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Edenbrook Nursing Home in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.
Nan was born on July 23, 1960, in Wisconsin Rapids to Gary and Shirley (Schladweiler) Winters. She grew up in the Wisconsin Rapids area, where she made many cherished memories and built lasting relationships. Most of Nan's working life was spent caring for children and adults with disabilities, a role that reflected her compassionate and caring nature. She enjoyed spending time with her family and camping for many years. Nan will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and the care she gave to others throughout her life.
Nan is survived by her two children, Chad (Ashley) Lokken and Teresa (Dean Jr.) Goehring; her grandchildren, Ava, William, Jaxon, and Weston Lokken, and Hunter, Briana, and Mason Goehring; her bonus grandchildren, Trenton, Skyler, and Brayden Goehring; and her bonus great-grandchildren, Avery Hale and Nova Ellingson. She is also survived by her partner Tod Davis,
former spouse, Mark Lokken; her brothers, Gordon Winters, Leroy Quillman, Rick Quillman, and Rodney Quillman; her step-siblings, Dorothy Hyde, Len Norton, and Chris Norton; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gary (Ramona) Winters , and Shirley (Schladweiler) Doane , and her sister, JoEllen Suggs, and step brother Ted Conley
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home, 2201 Chestnut Street, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494. Kevin Ader will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service
