Larry W. Eggebrecht

Larry Wayne Eggebrecht, age 86, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Wisconsin Rapids Heath Care Center. He was born on May 27, 1937, in Frankfort, Wisconsin, the son of Fredrick and Lillian (Merwin) Eggebrecht. Larry Served his country in the US Army during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Larry Married Beverly Werth on May 1, 1961, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Larry worked for Consolidated Papers for 40+ years, retiring in 1996. Larry had a great sense of humor he also enjoyed camping, restoring cars, playing cards, woodworking, Hunting and hanging out with his coffee group friends. In his early years he enjoyed dancing, roller skating and snowmobiling. Larry is survived by his wife of 62 years Beverly; his children, Mona (Arden Sneesby) Eggebrecht, Darren (Rhonda Martin) Eggebrecht and Kevin (Tesla) Eggebrecht; 6 grandchildren, Amanda (Paul) Schroeder, Melinda (Tim Harris) Larsen, Scott (Justinn Medina) Eggebrecht, Dalton (Paige) Larsen, Jennifer Anderson, and Christian Larsen; 8 great grandchildren, Kaylee, Regan, Zander, Bently, Tanner, Greyson, Hudsyn and Alaina. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Dale Eggebrecht, and his sister Virginia Blair.
