Kirby "Kip" Kuter

Kirby “Kip” Kuter, age 65, of Adams, WI went home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Pastor Rick Pickens will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services on Thursday at the funeral home.

Kip was born December 5, 1958 in Wisconsin Rapids to Jack and Diane (Zahn) Kuter. He graduated from Nekoosa High School in 1977. He served his country as a member of the National Guard from 1979-1985.

He worked for many years at Gottschalk Cranberry Marsh and was working at Sentry Insurance at the time of his retirement.

Kip enjoyed live music, especially if his brothers or good friend Tim Karbowski were playing. He was an avid Green Bay Packer and Wisconsin Badger football fan. He loved the NFL draft and always made a day of it, critiquing the players and seeing which athletes ended up on what team. He also enjoyed going for long rides in his car, often ending up in newly discovered places. Most of all, Kip enjoyed time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Kip is survived by his daughter, Nicole Bliske (Devin Renner) and grandchildren: Desirae and Delilah Renner of Adams; his father, Jack Kuter of Wisconsin Rapids; his mother and step-father, Diane (Ed) Sell of Vesper; his brother, Randy Kuter of Wisconsin Rapids; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; step-brothers: Bruce Bassett and Kevin Bassett; and step-sister, Michelle Pistono. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; brothers: Rick Kuter and Mike Kuter; infant sister, Marcy; and his step-mother, Janet Kuter.
