Dale C. Bjorge

It is with profound sadness and deepest respect that we announce the passing of Dale C. Bjorge, a beloved father, husband, brother, and friend, on the 9th of May 2024. at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee. He was born on the 8th of March 1966, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, he graduated from East Troy High School in 1984. Dale was a man of genuine heart and unyielding strength, a beacon of love, guidance, and steadfast resilience to all who were fortunate to cross his path. He was a dedicated machine operator for GFL Environmental Services for 20 years, showcasing an unflinching commitment to his work. The passion Dale brought into his everyday job was surpassed only by the love he held for his family, which was at the very core of his existence.

Dale's unique blend of humor, warmth, and ability to make everyone around him feel at ease was his most defining characteristic. An avid hunter, he found great joy in sharing his passion with his four children. During the off-road racing season, Dale became a vital part of the crew for Bob Brand #43, his enthusiasm and dedication to the sport unmatched. His love for animals was evident in his involvement with his children and their pigs at the fair. Dale's life was a testament to the fact that what matters most in life is spending quality time with loved ones, and he never missed an opportunity to do just that.

Dale is survived by his loving wife, Bridgett (Thompson) Bjorge; his children, Evan, Cole, Seth, and Jenna Bjorge; his stepchildren, Shaun (Kelseigh) Smail and Alexis Moser; his step-granddaughters, Ophelia and Mavis Smail; his siblings, Kenneth (Jayne) Bjorge, and Debra (Arthur) Peterson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Jeanne Bjorge, and his brother, Steven Bjorge. A prayer service will be held for Dale on Sunday, the 2nd of June 2024, at 11:00 am, at Chuck and Gail Brand's Shop 16122 50th Road, Franksville, Wisconsin. This will be followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:00 pm, at the shop.
