Billy J. Haskins

Billy J. Haskins, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.
A Celebration of Billy's life will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 19, at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Everyone attending is asked to wear their favorite Packer or WWE apparel.
Billy was born on September 19, 1974 in Rock County, WI to Harold and Irene (Homburg) Haskins. Billy married Paula Ripke on November 7, 1995, they were blessed with children, and their marriage later ended in divorce. He worked for several years being the shift manager at KFC.
Billy enjoyed playing darts and trying his luck at Bingo at Ho-Chunk Gaming in Black River Falls, WI. In his spare time, he cheered on the Green Bay Packers and liked watching WWE. He especially cherished spending time with his children and grandchildren. When the children were younger, he took them on annual trips to Wisconsin Dells to camp and go to the water parks. They also liked going to Bay Beach Amusement Park in Green Bay.
Billy is survived by his father Harold and children: Amber (Kevin) McKelvey, Melissa, Alex and Justin; six grandchildren: Aiden, Addilynn, Peyton, Kayden, Paisley and Esmay; siblings: David (Trisha) Haskins, John and Larry Jr.
He is preceded in death by his mother Irene.
