Annette Rose Molepske, age 76, of Wisconsin Rapids passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Waterford Assisted Living in Wisconsin Rapids.
The funeral Mass will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Fr. Nathan will officiate. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services on Saturday at the church.
Annette was born on March 11, 1949 in Wisconsin Rapids to Luke and Veronica (Kundinger) Arnold. She grew up on the family homestead previously occupied by her parents and grandparents. Annette graduated from Lincoln High School in 1967. She married John Molepske on November 16, 1968. They shared over 43 years together.
Annette was employed at Benders Corral, Port Edwards Paper Mill, Fashion Bug, and in later years as a seasonal worker at Searles Cranberry Marsh.
Annette was a beautiful, kind, loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend. She also cherished her church community. She loved taking care of her chickens, ducks, and gardens. She loved having people over and cooking for them. You were never sent away without a meal and lots of fun laughs. We hope she realizes how loved she was by all and how important she was to so many of us. She will never be forgotten.
Her memory will live on through her daughter, Kelly (Abe) Noska; son Steven (Jennifer Anderson) Molepske; grandchildren: Ariel Anderson, Hayle (Pat) Holford, Samantha (Colten) Trickle, Bradly Molepske, Johnathan Molepske, Natalie Noska, Joe Arnold, and Ben Arnold; and five great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother, Daro (Cheri Zager) Arnold; sisters: Martha Schill and Irene (Russell) Klevene; sister-in-law, Judy Arnold; brother-in-law, Kenny Rapacz; two Godchildren: Jeremy Klevene and Jessica Brockman; and many nieces and nephews who called her Auntie Annette. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John; son, Brian Molepske; sister, Julie Rapacz; brother, Clarence Arnold; great-nephew Jared Pelot; great-niece Brittany Harris; and in-laws Edward and Emily Molepske.
She has embarked on her journey to eternal peace, where our loving Lord awaits her with open arms.
Annette’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to our family and friends for their continued love and support. We would also like to acknowledge DaVita Dialysis, Compassus Home Care, Aspirus Clinic, Marshfield Clinic, and primary care providers. Even though Annette’s care was brief with Aspirus Hospice, they made her last few days comfortable.
To Father Nathan and Sister Carla, your prayers and visits made such an impact on Annette, giving her courage and strength up until her last breath.
Special thanks also to The Waterford of Wisconsin Rapids where Annette called home this past year. Every single employee, caregiver, and administrator took Annette in just like a family member and loved and cared for her like one of their own. We will forever cherish the wonderful memories you made with Annette.
