Alice Emery

Alice L. Emery, age 57, of Wisconsin Rapids passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Rev. Timothy Ritter will officiate. Burial will be at Pioneer Cemetery. Visitation for relatives and friends will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services on Tuesday at the church.
Alice was born September 25, 1966 in Wisconsin Rapids to Gene and Delores (Schroeder) Harper. She graduated from Nekoosa High School in 1984. She married Todd Emery on October 14, 2000 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids.
Alice was employed as an operator at Lands End in Stevens Point for 25 years.
Alice could best be described as a sweetheart. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and enjoyed reading. She loved spending time outdoors camping and watching the cardinals and butterflies. She enjoyed traveling and took special trips to Florida and Mount Rushmore with her family. Alice loved animals and really enjoyed puppies.
Alice is survived by her husband, Todd; children: Leah Emery (Cody Winker) of Wisconsin Rapids, Blaine Harper of Plover, and Breanna (Gavin) Getsinger of Wisconsin Rapids; grandchildren: Lilly, Owen, Leland, and Miah; her parents Gene and Delores Harper of Wisconsin Rapids; and her siblings: Elizabeth (Melvin) Rodriguez of Spring Lake, NC, Sam (Margaret) Harper of Taylorsville, UT, and Carol Harper of Wisconsin Rapids. She is preceded in death by her grandparents and in-laws George and Lynette Emery.
